Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:

  • Domestic (within the country): 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier logistics beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Currently, we do not offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. GuelGil is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment, which will incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we ensure all items are packed securely, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We may require photographic evidence for damaged items to assist in resolving the issue promptly.
